Near-Perfect Narrow-Band Tunable Graphene Absorber with a Dual-Layer Asymmetric Meta-Grating

A near-perfect narrow-band graphene-based absorber was fabricated using a resonant system integrated with an asymmetric meta-grating at wavelength of 1550 nm. By optimizing the gap between two grating strips, absorption monolayer graphene can be increased to 99.6% owing strong field confinement bottom zero-contrast (ZCG). The position spectrum could adjusted by tailoring period or thickness waveguide layer. Interestingly, linewidth tailored changing spacer accidental bound states in continuum (BICs) are then demonstrated structure. Moreover, designed structure realizes dynamic adjustment efficiency specific wavelength, which has excellent potential optical devices and systems.
